Remove the fuel rails from the lower plenum with the six screws. Put an 11mm deep Socket over the pintle cap on the side of the injector that points towards the cylinder. Make sure you've taken off the injector cap. Put the injector rail between two blocks of wood so the injector is free to come out underneath and tap on the back side of the 11mm deep socket where the drive of the ratchet clips in. Depending on how stuck the injector is you may have to give it a few hard taps.
The job is extremely considering the upper plenums on both of the cars are already off.
